Spotify wrapped type campaign tech stack requirements

Has anyone been part of a Spotify Wrapped-type campaign before? I'm exploring a customer campaign that shares their "year in review" and trying to figure out the tech stack required to make this happen... or any tools out there that could help.

Following because this is a dream campaign to work on!

Depending on the number of customers you have and structure of your company, your product and/or data team might be able to pull some stats for this, both in aggregate and per customer, based on some metrics you all agree you.

We're considering one. Current thinking is pulling data from various sources, manually importing it into new fields in our email platform, and using that to send the personalized data.

Love this idea! I worked on something like this at a previous company—working with Product & Engineering, like Tim suggested.

It really depends if your company has ready access to this data. A surprising number of products are built without a way to track the usage of key parts of the product. And then how easy is that data to capture depending on billing cycle (at the company I did this with, there were monthly & annual plans that renewed at different points in time). We were working on a monthly product usage email, so the question was: Do you send at a certain time of the month, or based on the customer's billing date?

I wish I had the brief for this. It was a lot of work. Because you have to think about highs and lows—what happens if people are over your value metric? What happens if people have low/no usage? You might want to vary the message accordingly and consider those different use cases.

Trying to find an article from one of the people involved in creating Grammarly Insights.

This is the blog where they intro it: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/product/introducing-grammarly-insights/

A breakdown of the Insights email: https://www.getvero.com/resources/grammarly/

I'm really hoping you find the Grammarly Insights article. We're getting ready to launch something similar to this in product, and it would be cool to have some complimentary email/touchpoints outside of product.
