I'll go first:

  1. 1H most proud - launched our first ever in person conference in US and EMEA
  2. 2H most excited about - launching up our lifecycle expansion strategy

Love this!

  1. Every single case study that myself and my team have worked on this year has ROI/outcomes to back them up, which is a huge win.
  2. We celebrated our customer award winners in a big way by taking out digital billboard space in times square, so fun to put the spotlight on them

your awards program has totally inspired me and my clients! We are looking to try something similar this year too!! Such a fun surprise and delight idea!!!

Perfect timing for this since I'm currently working through our results for 1H24!

  1. We expanded our contract with UserEvidence in January, and I'm so proud of how much stuff we've produced and how excited it's made our internal teams. It has done so much for building trust and collaboration with PMM and sales. We also produced some fantastic research with them that went live a couple of weeks ago: https://it-trends.solarwinds.com/
  2. I'm most excited about working on building a better way to showcase customers on our website. I'm hoping it will be a big win for us in organizing and promoting our existing content.

our team just met with and UserEvidence to discuss the new research tool they offer...the SolarWinds report is very impressive! Congratulations!

2) Launching our first customer awards program and conference

How do we compete with cute babies?! Congrats ! What a beauty!

Congrats to everyone's 1H accomplishments, we do a lot as Customer Marketers so it's nice to see the wins!

  1. I'm proud of launching our first generation of the Community Hub on our website. Next phase is make it more dynamic and interactive but it's a good start! We weren't showcasing our customer award winners really at all on our website and it was hard to navigate to all of the resources for customers before, so this is a win!
  2. I'm "excited" (and nervous honestly ha) about overhauling our rewards/advocacy program. It's been around for almost 20 years and there's a lot of work to do with a lot of bad habits to break, so thoughts and prayers are welcome! haha

I'd love to know what metrics you attached to your case studies to show ROI, if you're willing to share.
