Hi all! Question for you as we're finalizing 2025 plans. What is your one "North Star" metric that you track and report on, that demonstrates the value you're bringing to the business? I know we all have tons of metrics, from number of advocates, to influence of our programs on pipeline, to engagement metrics, etc. But is there one main one that you consistently drive toward/report on?
Hi all! We have some really amazing customers and many of them want to share their successes, but we don't have a large customer marketing team that can support the creation of case studies, videos, etc. Wondering if anyone has developed a process where there's a simple way for customers (or the CS team) to easily input a customer's story (perhaps a form with prescriptive questions) that would quickly enable the creation of a one page story or maybe just a graphic or slide that the customer could approve and we could post online? Trying to scale our efforts and looking to automate some of this work!
Has anyone created a badge or something similar for customer award winners to use on their LinkedIn, share etc? Wondering if you just created an image/graphic that they could share in an LinkedIn post or went down the route of a legit badge/certification like a credly or other option? I'd love figure out a way to have a more "official" designation for an individual or company that they were a 2024 award winner!
Does anyone have examples of successful emails they've used to gather G2 reviews? Looking to send from Gainsight from our CS lead. We would prefer not to offer a gift for reviewing. What has worked for you all?
