Does anyone have examples of successful emails they've used to gather G2 reviews? Looking to send from Gainsight from our CS lead. We would prefer not to offer a gift for reviewing. What has worked for you all?
We’ve got an approach for requesting G2 reviews that is customized/personalized based on what a customer has said in recent calls - not sure this is possible through Gainsight, but happy to share more and templates!
Are you using Laudable or something like that? How are you gathering insights from calls?
We are also open to doing that, but want to start with more of a mass email to select customers as a test.
Mass email I haven’t seen/heard anything amazing recently, but will ask a few colleagues!
I’ve seen personal requests from CEOs work well, like - help us improve our g2 presence please - but have generally seen that from smaller/midsized co’s

Creepy is a common Q - can share more! Haven’t seen that reaction since folks are opting in to being recorded and it’s more of a general “thanks for sharing feedback recently”.
