Hi everyone!
Thank you for inviting me and for pointing me in the right direction! I'm super excited to have found this group and hope I can be of any support while also learning from you all.
π Location: Philadelphia, PA
β Work: Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at CampusESP (ed-tech)
π‘Currently working on: Leading and building a brand new customer marketing function within the marketing department (currently there's a growth function only). I'm not new to customer experience but very new to building communities and launching customer customer advocacy and forums from scratch too - we're in this together lol
π Good times and fun! I'm a musician at heart (shout out to those piano lessons Mom!) so I love to see live music - if you're in Philly definitely check out Time or World Cafe Live. I'm also a huge horror movie buff, love going out - mostly for food, and dabble in gaming when I have downtime.
π Let's connect on Linkedin!
We have excited customers who love the product and the team. I'm new to the org and still learning our customers in general but a focus of the role I was hired for is to build the community to tackle retention and expansion opportunities. <i>Right now,</i> my question is more around the best ways to start and making sure I set up a good foundation up front.
Hi Kyle! Welcome! I used to play piano as a kid as well, and a couple of years ago I started taking lessons again. It's been really fun!
