πŸ’‘Currently working on: Leading and building a brand new customer marketing function within the marketing department (currently there's a growth function only). I'm not new to customer experience but very new to building communities and launching customer customer advocacy and forums from scratch too - we're in this together lol
πŸ˜† Good times and fun! I'm a musician at heart (shout out to those piano lessons Mom!) so I love to see live music - if you're in Philly definitely check out Time or World Cafe Live. I'm also a huge horror movie buff, love going out - mostly for food, and dabble in gaming when I have downtime.

Hi Kyle, welcome, what do you want to know about building communities?

We have excited customers who love the product and the team. I'm new to the org and still learning our customers in general but a focus of the role I was hired for is to build the community to tackle retention and expansion opportunities. <i>Right now,</i> my question is more around the best ways to start and making sure I set up a good foundation up front.

Hi Kyle! Welcome! I used to play piano as a kid as well, and a couple of years ago I started taking lessons again. It's been really fun!
