Hi All! Has anyone ever been to the CustomerXCon in the past? If so, did you believe it was valuable? Were you able to show any value to your exec teams upon your return? It looks interesting and I see some familiar faces but would love some anecdotal feedback to share with my VP so I can make a case to go 😉

Hi all - so I'm still new in my role and at a start up that is also pretty new to the idea of Customer Marketing. I'm being asked to create templates for our AMs to do soft prospecting to our existing customers along with sequences for cold prospecting... I feel like I may be overthinking it but does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to create these templates? Is there a format I should be following or is this a simple Google doc with an email outline? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Work: Sr. Customer Marketing Manager at CampusESP (ed-tech)
💡Currently working on: Leading and building a brand new customer marketing function within the marketing department (currently there's a growth function only). I'm not new to customer experience but very new to building communities and launching customer customer advocacy and forums from scratch too - we're in this together lol
😆 Good times and fun! I'm a musician at heart (shout out to those piano lessons Mom!) so I love to see live music - if you're in Philly definitely check out Time or World Cafe Live. I'm also a huge horror movie buff, love going out - mostly for food, and dabble in gaming when I have downtime.
