Poll : What percent of your customers are in your advocacy program?
We have been in a year of growth within our advocacy program. Took a lot of outreach campaigns to our contacts to grow our numbers. We have also consistently had overall engagement rate of 60% (this includes bigger activities as well as engagement in our advocacy portal)
it takes a village and we have great internal partnerships that help us reach this :)
Hey we need more info about how you've gotten 10%+ of your customers to be advocates. Can you share your magic? ๐ ๐ช :wow:
Iโm realizing I actually canโt do math and I should have marked the 5-10% bucket. But, we do have a pretty large reference pool just because we sell so many products.
