I feel like this has been asked before but anyone have some good slides that they use to show executives/internal audiences the architecture and CMM program-design w/ different sub-functions of a customer marketing program (e.g. advocacy, content creation, CAB, lifecycle mktg, VOC). i know you had some from one of the PMA presos. Maybe too?
