I've worked with videographer <i>Oguz Uygur (</i><i>http://oguzuygur.com</i>) in Seattle several times to capture live event b-roll, roaming testimonial and stationary testimonial interviews at our customer conference and been happy with the results / his day rate is also quite affordable.

I was also going to share that Testimonial Hero is a good resource for this kind of thing. If you're instead looking for an agency, the team I work with at Porter Consulting can also help. Not local to Seattle, but travel globally for these.
