Largest gift card incentive for a slack community awards program

HELLO CMA. Question for the group. What is the largest amount you have used for a gift card incentive? (Or another reward?) Exploring the option to offer a big incentive as part of a Slack Community awards program. I would imagine I would need to include a disclaimer that government employees might not be able to collect the incentive due to company policies.

Will your recipients mostly be based in the States or is the award program international?

Mostly US but we have the ability to offer gift card options that can be used anywhere

For standard program rewards (vs. awards), I've seen some client programs cap out at USD $500/600 to avoid having to issue individual tax forms, but I'm guessing award caps may tend to be higher since I just spotted Zapier launch their new Zappy awards with a $5K cash prize:
