Hi! happy friday :partyparrot:
I know we all run a lot of surveys among our customers, but I'm wondering if anyone has done any internal surveys with Sales and/or Marketing teams to find out what advocacy needs they have, what's been helpful or what could be helpful, etc?
I haven’t found surveys to those teams to be super effective. 😅 I usually go on a listening tour to get feedback live to inform quarterly strategy.
We revamped our program this year so a lot of our collaborations with internal teams have been experiments. I follow up with the monthly performance and ask what they think of the numbers and it leads to effective conversation. Definitely more time consuming than a survey but I get better response rates and insights.
Makes sense! more of an open forum to gather feedback, and probably makes it feel like less of a task/to-do and more of a conversation.
