@here Does anyone have a Customer Story/Case Study program brief? I was told to present a dream state of how I want our customer story program to go and I'm a little stumped on where to begin.

In terms of where to begin, I start with what are the company goals I'm helping solve. That will be your north star for what your program is comprised of.
For example, are you trying to support sales bringing in new deals? Are you trying to help success cross-sell existing customers? Are you trying to prevent churn overall? Etc
