Conducting Post-Program Feedback Surveys for Product Feedback Program

How do you all conduct post-program feedback surveys? What kind of questions do you ask?

We are wrapping up a product feedback program that has been running for about 4 months. I'm planning to send a feedback survey to both customers and internal stakeholders to assess impact. Would love to understand how others have approached this

How many customers are in the program? If you can make it one on one you might be able to get more answers, if they will get on a call.

You could do a wrap up group call and ask them to fill it out on the call.

Another option would be to send them links to the study or a wrap up call calendar where they can choose a time slot.

If you want to get everyone to participate you’ll probably have to chase them down some.

Keep it brief - a few questions if possible

Go back to the purpose/program targets that you set in your planning phase and derive survey questions from those to help you determine program success

Eg, we set out to do X, survey responses state we achieved Y%
