I'm looking for your top tips and recommendations like: download the app, learn to use the app, what to bring, etc. What do you wish you (or your customers) knew before attending a conference?

Lots of peeps like to know what to wear - how formal/informal are all the various events, etc. Or if you have a theme for a party, give them some ideas of how they can dress for it.
