Best practices for onboarding customers for customer success

Hi everyone. I am very interested in best practices for onboarding customers for customer success (not specifically for advocacy or customer marketing). This effort would be to welcome new customers, make sure they have the resources to be successful. Anyone know of a company that has a great program in place (and ideally a contact I can connect with)? thank you!

I wouldn’t say we have a large or scalable program (we’re still a super small team with no dedicated CSMs), but I’ve done a bunch here using Zapier to automate post-signature steps + customize onboarding/success nurtures via slack communications by pulling call transcripts from gong into automations using AI to extract their use cases and goals, and setting up reminder messages and resources from there.

Depending on the persona you are targeting, we (Adobe) do some great onboarding for both practitioners/ more technical users and then also for leaders (this is being developed now). Happy to share some contacts
