Asana for customer marketing request management

Hi! Morning! Wondering if anyone is using Asana to manage Customer Marketing requests beyond a form? Any additional integrations? or interesting workflows?

Hi Leslie, the Asana <> Salesforce/CRM you’re using integration can be really helpful to create visibility on the organization level by adding field flows that trigger request for specific advocacy asks/recognize customers as advocates/log their last contribution depending on the way you’re using Asana. Having the request made in SFDC is a good way to build adoption over the form. In my experience Asana form usage adoption across different departments can be a pain point.

I use the slack + gmail integrations

We are using Asana for everything. Request comes through an Asana form which then opens a ticket/project. We use the project to manage end to end creation of written stories, videos, and working on adding speaking engagements to it.

Sounds like and I are running it similiarily! Definately recommend the Slack integration so if you have key stakeholders they get a notification that a request has been submitted. We take the initial request and depending on key fields they fill out it can then be duplicated on a different teams board without us having to manually move it around.
